The seductive Shelly Martinez has once again taken to the world wide web to blog about her crazy lifestyle: OMGosh!! Hey everyone!! How the heck are you :) ?? Well, I must say I had a spectacular weekend!! I flew into Newark on Friday night and hung out with my old pal Ed, Vinny and Vinny's friend Dominick (is that how you spell it?? darn it I hate when I don't know how to spell someone's name grrrrr). We had a splendid evening in Manhattan!! On Saturday I did the Signamania event with Kevin Thorn. It was a hoot!! I got to see my old pals and catch up. It was also a very family orientated signing. I prefer that type of atmosphere. Anywho, it was so much fun and I had the Shelcam handy so that you can share the experience with me!! Then around 3 we wrapped up things and went to another signing at a MMA event. It was very interesting to say the least!! I had a blast though. After the signings Ed, Vinny and I went to Jersey (Vinny is from there) and met up with Vinny's friend who was at a music award type deal. He is in a band so we went to hang out. It was the bee's knee's man!! I had so much fun. We stayed out way late then came back to the hotel and crashed. The next day we were flying out but not until later in the afternoon. We met his mom for brunch at Chart House (I think it was called). The restaurant was on the water which I am a big fan out. I love the water!! It was super hot out and I tell you what I sure did enjoy that sunshine!! Afterwards we took the ferry across the water and took a nice long way along Central Park to a museum where we went and saw the dinosaurs!! I freakin' LOVE DINOSAURS!!!! After the museum we had to leave and catch our flight. On the flight I kept thinking to myself "wow what perfect day, man, I lived." I was reading one of my books on the flight and I came across this quote and I would like to share it all with you if I may :) "There is no duty we so much underrate as the duty of being happy." - Robert Louis Stevenson (1850-1894), Scotland I thought that was one of the coolest thing I have ever read. So simple, so true. All in all, my weekend kicked arse!! When you are going through you week please remember that quote. It's funny how one simple sentence can change a persons life. The delightful Shelly Martinez has once again taken to the world wide web to blog about something close to her heart... Hey everyone!! Happy 4/20 to all!! In today's blog I would like to share with you the day I had yesterday. I went to an almost 4/20 event. I was way stoked to go and had been looking forward to it for a few weeks now. I pictured a fun little event with food, cannabis, good people and music. I went with Bob and Vinny and the three of us were on a mission. A mission for fun!! We got there and from the time we got in line to enter to the time we left we did NOT have fun :( I have been to 4/20 events before. I mean medical marijuana events are held through out the year here in LA but April 20th is the big deal day where you HAVE to go all out. The cool, fun, hippie vibe I had been counting on was NOT there :( A lot of people were rude and there was barely any merchandise to look at. We left before the music started and decided to take our medication and have our own party. So like everything in life it worked out and the positive in the story is I met a nice fella who has a radical medical marijuana store I had never been to. We will be taking all of you there soon!! That's right, after we spoke for a bit he agreed to let me come to his store and bring my cameras for shellymartinez.com!! YAY fun!! Just goes to show you that even when you think there are people, things, ideas that seem pointless and a waste of time can have meaning and purpose. It is up to us to always be aware and turn negatives into positives. Imagine if I let the negativity get me down I wouldn't have talked to the nice man and now get to take all of you on another wacky Shelventure!! Now, in ending I would like to say one last thing. Duh!! Shelly Martinez is an upset lady

The seductive Shelly Martinez recently posted a new blog for her loyal fans to read. In the latest blog, Shelly discusses her rage towards a television commercial: - Okay so I was watching TV and saw a commercial from abovetheinfluence.com. In the commercial it shows a young man playing basket ball and his shadow is following him. He sees another young man smoking marijuana and he leaves the basketball court and his shadow stay behind. The it says "If you smoke weed, how much of yourself are you leaving behind?" We all know how I feel about cannabis. I got very angry so I visited their site. I wrote them the following letter: Hello friend. First off, I would like to say that I too am again drugs. I use to have a dangerous addiction to prescription drugs. You see, I use to be a wrestler for the WWE and I hurt my back during my employment there. I went to rehab my back and along with rehabbing my back I was prescribed muscle relaxers. Long story short, I died but by the grace of God I am here to live and tell my story. I feel my story can reach out and help many. I was living my childhood dream while becoming addicted to pills. I never even smoked a marijuana cigarette yet I was hooked on pills. After I died for a moment and learned of the long term effects of taking pills I became angry. I was living with pain yet if I took what I was "supposed" to take I could not only die but it could have long term effects on my body internally. A fellow employee had started to share with me an alternative to helping my pain without those nasty pills. He then started to educated me on cannabis. I did research on cannabis for quite a few months then finally tried it. I have to tell you cannabis saved my life!! Not only physically but emotionally as well. Since then I have been craving knowledge and have learned so much and how cannabis can even help out our economy, environment and to those who are victim to the same situation I was in. I am very interested in knowing where you get your facts about cannabis and the negative effects it has on ones life. I do not sit in front of a TV all day or blow off my responsibilities. I made my childhood dream comes true and my new dreams are now to be had. If I didn't have cannabis it would be very difficult to achieve my success living with my chronic pain and anxiety. I am now free from the effects it had in my life that led me to abuse my prescriptions. Please feel free to email me back. I would love to hear from you and hear your thoughts. Thank for your time.
