In The Cards - March 1, 2007

In the Cards for 03/01/07 By Ariel This week, the cards tell a most impressive story of power and prosperity. The Chairman of WWE, Mr. McMahon has taken on a daunting task. He has taken ECW under his wing, looking to be the leader of the jungle that is the Land of the Extreme. Thus far, he has been faced with several trying decisions and has been able to persevere through each. The future of ECW is a majestic one. As the gods sent a meteor that destroyed the once-ruling dinosaurs, Mr. McMahon’s leadership has helped to bring together the force that is the New Breed: the force that will make the ECW Originals an extinct species. A beautiful future lies ahead for the brand; it will be a land where the likes of Sabu, Sandman, Balls Mahoney, Tommy Dreamer and Rob Van Dam are nothing more but shadowy thoughts of the past. The Chairman’s impact does not stop with this apocalypse; it extends to ECW World Champion Bobbly Lashley. Mr. McMahon has promised to make Lashley’s life a living hell, and he has already begun to execute this plan. Lashley, you may feel that you have outdone the reigning Chairman when you defeated Hardcore Holly in that steel cage entrapment. You may also think you bested Mr. McMahon when you brought Umaga tumbling to the floor. I assure you the hell has only begun, for if you did not survive those grave tasks, you would not be able to live out the misery that Mr. McMahon has in store. The outlook for the ECW World Champion is a tragic one. It is one that will leave Lashley nothing more than a victim in the Land of the Extreme at the controls of the great Chairman. Styles said that Dreamer suffered a dislocated jaw at the hands of the new breed while on tour in New Zealand. The Sandman canned Ariel on the behind.
